Refund policy
We hope you love your Lady Milan purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return your order in accordance with the terms below.
Online Purchases
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of the shipment date for a refund or store credit, provided the return meets the conditions below.
- Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit, unless deemed faulty.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. Please refer to our Final Sale Returns Policy for more details.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must:
- Be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have all original tags and packaging intact (including garment bags where applicable)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at Contact Us with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer you a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit in accordance with your rights under consumer law. Faulty item returns are eligible for free return shipping.
Please note: General wear and tear or damage caused by improper care or use is not considered a fault.

Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- If you return an item purchased using store credit, Lady Milan reserves the right to decline a secondary return for that item.
- Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow several business days for processing.
- We do not refund international duties or taxes paid at checkout. You may contact your local customs office for possible reimbursement.
